Job Description:

• 7+ Years of experience in Designing digital products in a design team at a design agency or part of an In-house UX team.
• Must have strong experience with Design Sprints.

• Portfolio demonstrating experience in strategy deliverables like personas, research reports, journey maps, service blueprints, design sprints, workshops, ideation sessions, clickable prototypes, etc.
• Must have experience with using accessibility standards and needs. 
• Must have conducted at least 50 guided user interviews in the past 2 years.
•  Demonstrate a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch.
•  Independently lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions that define modern product and service experiences.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, design systems, responsive web, and agile development methodologies.
• Must have experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly in a global delivery environment.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD Sketch and standard design tools in the UX industry. 
• Knowledge of design studio working model and design processes.
• Mentor Digital team to continuously improve UX processes and Digital Studio practices.
• Experience supporting Sales and opportunity pursuits, such as creating and delivering sales enablement materials, creating and pitching proposals, identify opportunities and writing SOWs.
• Contribute to the development of Digital thought leadership (e.g., writing white papers  and blogs, speaking at conferences, and documenting everything).
• Knowledge of the broader design industry, its business and operating models, and trends.
• Experience as a Full Stack designer, a strong combination skillset in research and interaction design is a big plus.
