Description:

• Providing technical design, implementation and life cycle support for CA Workload Automation AutoSys edition platform. As the automation engineer, you will deliver the following services for the AutoSys platform:
• Software installation and configuration (agents and plugins)
• Plan for upgrades and patches (application and security vulnerabilities)
• Performance monitoring and tuning, load balancing
• Capacity management and metrics gathering
• Establish, maintain and apply standard practices and governance
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities for process improvements
• In addition, you will need to have good understanding of infrastructure components such as load balancers, firewalls, network storage/filers and secure FTP protocols. You will need to work independently driving projects to completion as well as providing technical support for escalated operational incidents and problems.
• 1: Experience job scheduling tool CA Workload Automation and all shared components, Workload Control Center, Embedded Entitlement manager and iDash reporting.
• 2: Unix/Linux and PowerShell scripting as well as python
• 3: Knowledge high availability, load balancing and automation concepts
• 4: Good understanding of ITIL incident, problem and change management process
• e. Required Skill 5: Experience with MoogSoft and Service Now
• 5-8 years of experience
• Nice to have (but not required) Perl scripting
