Job description:


*** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2020 but expected to go for 3+ years ***onsite ***

  •  Manage and support Windows OS modern management solutions both on-premise and cloud solutions such as AirWatch and Intune with Co-Management
  •  Collaborate with departments to identify and define Microsoft Office 365 solutions to increase efficiencies and improve collaboration among the various delivery center departments
  •  Develop, conduct and deliver effective/relevant Microsoft Office 365 and IT application training to end users and managers within the delivery center
  •  Provide Tier 3 PC and Imaging troubleshooting support to both physical and virtual desktops
  •  Provide assistance with Server Administration to delivery center agencies as needed in various capacities
  •  Provide assistance with SFTP management and provide support to technical staff on the configuration and use of the product
  •  Assist with the technical support and configuration of VMWare ESXi hosts
  •  Assist with the configuration and support of devices within SolarWinds
  •  Provide technical support and assistance with FireEye issues to help identify remediation and root cause of issues
