• Advanced routing and switching
• Advanced troubleshooting and monitoring
• Knowledge of industry best practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Healthcare domain experience a plus

Requirements: 

• Deliver consultative ACI Network Level 3 and 4 support in enterprise Data Center
• Provide process improvement for operational troubleshooting on ACI
• Advanced routing and switching including BGP, OSPF, EIGRB protocols
• Improved ACI and Network Monitoring including monitoring tools, turnover, proactive approach
• Provide advanced operational troubleshooting
• Detailed documentation runbooks, procedures, policy
• Recommendations based on industry standards and best practices
