Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2021, expect to go for 4+ years ***  Initial remote due to covid then Onsite -  *** W2 hourly contract only; no c2c or 1099 ***

• Contributing to the improvement of standard procedures and documentation
• Providing production database support
• Providing input on Oracle database architectures and strategies to meet application availability, scalability and 
• performance requirements
• Working on Change Request Tasks and Incidents to fix or enhance various applications using Oracle Databases
• Attending and contributing to team and project meetings
• Participate in rotation for on call support

Required Skills

• 6 years of Experience with Oracle RAC 11g, 12c and 18c troubleshooting and issue resolution in RAC environment (3+ Years)
• 2 years of Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (2+ Years)
• documentation, production support, performance, on call support
• 6 years of Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.x
• 6 years of Pro-active database management
• 6 years of Practical skills in SQL and PL/SQL scripting and tuning
• 6 years of In-depth knowledge of Oracle internals
• 6 years of Extensive experience in performance troubleshooting
• 6 years of Structured Root Cause Analysis skills
• 6 years of Experience with Oracle streams and other replication technologies
• 6 years of Ability to support multiple projects/applications at once
• 6 years of Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 4 years of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
