Duties

implement and maintain a suite of site monitoring and alerting tools to ensure the  ecommerce platform is online and performing as expected. Create a suite of alerts for early warning to identify potential production issues before they arise and ensure a smooth customer experience even during large events on the platform. Provide technical production support for the platform and help triage all production based issues that may arise.

Deliverables

• Dashboards for actively monitoring the health of the ecommerce platforms
• Alerts to notify the team of any potential issues that may arise in the production environment
• Root cause analysis of all technical issues seen in production with an approach to resolve the issue and prevent it from occurring in the future
