Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 7+ years of experience analyzing, designing and implementing solutions using VB .NET and SQL Server
• 7+ years of object-oriented programming experience and MVC development paradigms
• Ability to work with business users is a must
• Effective communicator, ability to clearly and concisely communicate the ideas
• Conducting and leading meetings with different audience
• Ability to analyze the data

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience developing applications integrated with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
• 5+ years of experience writing NUnit tests

Additional Skills

• Strong knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Strong knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.
• Applies a broad knowledge of application programming and design to analyze and isolate issues.
• Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
• General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.

Minimum Education and Certifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or related field
