Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2021, expect to go for 4+ years ***  Initial remote due to covid then Onsite -  *** W2 hourly contract only; no c2c or 1099 ***

The Mainframe Programmer Analyst is the technical engine for development and maintenance of multiple programs using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 and VSAM.  Experience with design, and development using various versions of .NET Framework and languages like C#.NET, VB.NET and Web Technologies like ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4/5 is a plus.  he Programmer’s current focus/workload includes but is not limited to:

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university AND
  • five years of programming experience
  • Knowledge of COBOL, DB2, JCL, Utilities, and DEBUG
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with design, and development using various versions of .NET Framework and languages like C#.NET, VB.NET and Web Technologies like ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4/5 is a plus.
