Required Skills

• Must have strong experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) 
• Must have strong experience with Informatica Axon Data Governance.
• Experience with AWS Cloud is highly preferred.
• Serves in a strategic role over the Informatica platform offering and the delivery of data integration solutions to Digital teams and business divisions.
• Works directly with Digital delivery teams and business product owners/stakeholders on projects and demand to elicit requirements, understand the business as it relates to the requested system development, and solutioning the appropriate data architecture and platform components.
• Participates in Business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives for data pipeline.
• Processes the project enhancement and demand/tech consult requests within the Digital team and identifies optimal team mix within the Regional Data Office to support.
• Assists in setting service level agreements and delivery timeframe for projects with Informatica components based on value, feasibility and impact/timing.
• Collaborates with management to identify new projects, develop information system plans, prioritize core services and review service usage.
• Formulates, recommends and presents Digital data strategies and technical direction for the Informatica platform (on-premise and cloud).
• Oversees relationship building with relevant vendors, partners and external teams for the Informatica platform and all integrations.
• Assists in problem escalation, triage, system/platform recovery, and maintenance of the Informatica platform onshore & coordination with offshore.
• Must have excellent communication skills and strong technical presentation skills.
