1. >1 years of experience with Kanban (pull models, flow systems, tameflow, etc.)
2. Lean Kanban certifications
3. Exposure to Infrastructure related work in some of these areas:
1. Database Admin, 
2. Datawarehousing
3. Data lakes
4. Data services,
5. Data center work (Build servers, service mgmt, support)
6. Basic software installation (operating systems, application servers, etc.
7. Networking  mgmt and support, 
8. End user computing, 
9. Devops (automation of pipeline), 
10. End user identification and management (creating of ids, passwords, access rights, etc..)
11. Security setup and monitoring
12. Any ticketing systems (1,2,3 support teams)
