***Candidate will need to work onsite in Denver 1 week per month***

Required Skills:

·        System Admin/Configuration Control/Metrics experience desired

·        Create APIs to extract data/export “Outages/Issues” from IRIS/CARS/WebPortal/Gateway and merge with into single-tracking and reporting system

·        Two systems currently track outages (CARS/IRIS)

·        Monitors and response personnel may not know an Outage/issue was already reported which results in redundancies in response times and status

·        Existing processes do not provide timely responses back to customers

·        Build logic to identify patterns and create an alert that an outage or issue is suspected – send data to alert system

·        Extract all respective data from ISIS/WebPortal and send to CARS
