This resource will need to have experience with healthcare operations, customer facing collaboration, and the core UAT skills outlined in the responsibilities below.

 Responsibilities

• Ability to write test cases and execute testing
• Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans
• Establish and maintain test cases and test data
• Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
• Help drive defect resolution

Tools/skills

Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word Beginner skills in Rally or ALM

 Must Have

• Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Support root cause issue analysis, problem solve and support key recommendations for process improvements
• Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful test execution
• Effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams to test and deliver solutions
• Manage issues, risks, project work and deliverables

 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with back office business capabilities
• Familiarity with Behavioral business model and/or entities
• Healthcare experience
• Familiarity with Lead UAT role
• Agile/SCRUM- formal methodologiesb
