**** Federal/DoD Contract - Must be a US Citizen; must be willing to go through a background check *** 100% Onsite - No remote due to security***Initial PO till 9/30/2020 with multi year extensions; usually the project goes for 4+ years with this customer**

*** Customer works on 4/10 schedule. The standard work week consist of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday ***

This position will assist the Information Management (IM) Network and Computing Services (N&CS) organization in providing an IT technical liaison to support.  Provide Tier 2 technical support to the customer and act as an interface.  Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with the customer base, peers and the staff supporting the IM organization. 


Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in an Information Technology discipline 
  • 3-5 years of Information Technology/Customer Service experience. 
  •  Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change. Prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.

Desired Skills

  • Active/inactive clearance.
