Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Incident Management processes
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates accurate and logical problem solving skills
  • Handles multiple tasks and switches priorities as needed
  • Advanced experience providing support for a technical environment
  • Experience with Splunk reading and interpreting logs, REST API concepts, and knowledge of authentication and authorization methods

 

Qualifications/Required Education and Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in Banking and Fintech Industry desired
  • Minimum of three years experience resolving complex technical issues with Intuit software or other connected banking services required
