Technical/Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding of Incident Management processes
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates accurate and logical problem solving skills
- Handles multiple tasks and switches priorities as needed
- Advanced experience providing support for a technical environment
- Experience with Splunk reading and interpreting logs, REST API concepts, and knowledge of authentication and authorization methods
Qualifications/Required Education and Experience:
- Relevant work experience in Banking and Fintech Industry desired
- Minimum of three years experience resolving complex technical issues with Intuit software or other connected banking services required
