Interview Type:  Skype; Onsite - no remote; Initial PO for 18 months with extensions

Customer is currently renting the facility in Bellevue Washington, the lease ends on June 30, 2021,  will be relocating the staff and all of the IT equipment to Shoreline, Washington. Anticipates moving into the renovated Shoreline building on or about May 1, 2021. The project manager will be in charge of infrastructure in the new building. Develop a comprehensive project plan and detailed project schedule for the work and deliverables approach, resource plan, communications plan, risk/issue management and project schedule. plan and coordinate work between departments and the construction company.

Skills

• Current PMP
• 10 years experience
• 5 years infrastructure
• 5 years government experience
• Proposed Project Manager must have experience working with users and other technical staff in an iterative design and build project environment using standard project management techniques.
• Proposed Project Manager must have ability to work directly with diverse technical team members in a strong team oriented environment.
• Proposed Project Manager must have an understanding of data center operations, understanding of networking operations, and knowledge of building or facilities operations processes.
• Proposed Project Manager must have a BS in Computer Science or Information Systems.
