• Expertise supporting Veeva Vault Medical Communications & Promotional materials along with experience with requirements management of cloud-based regulated content management solution.
• Ability to execute as trusted advisor between Veeva Vault Medcom team and pharmaceutical commercial business stakeholders.
• Strong Business Analyst skills, documentation and skills defining workflows to drive Veeva Medical communication configuration.
• Gather user requirements, write test plans, use a traceability matrix and provide best business process practices.
