Job description:


*** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year but expect to go for 3-4 years ***Onsite Interview*** Onsite - No remote 

  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
  • Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
  • Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
  • Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems
  • Use web-based tools to create and advance applications
  • Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
  • Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
  • Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support
  • Provide knowledge transfer

Required Skills

  • Five (5) years experience in Developer/Programmer role  
  • BS degree
  • Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Developer/Programmer role
  • Proven work experience as a SharePoint designer/developer 
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio 
  • Experience with Web Applications and SharePoint programming languages
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction 
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units 
  • Knowledge or hands on design experience with SharePoint Web Services 
  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to SharePoint 
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
  • Experience with Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design
