***Initial PO till 7/2022-  Very long term project; All projects with this customer goes for 5+ years ***  Interview Type: Skype *** Onsite - no remote ***

• Attend sprint-planning sessions, daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives (identifying what went wrong and what went right in the current sprint)

• Perform testing in parallel to the development activity
• Meet with developers for short hand-off demonstrations
• Document test cases
• Learn new lessons and best practices from the current sprint
• Provide value by thinking differently about the various scenarios to test a story
• Write new user stories that would help in testing and what would help the customer
• Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system, and ad-hoc testing
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to validate the system at various phases of the software development lifecycle (e.g., integration test suite, regression test suite, smoke test suite, etc.)
• Execute regression and functional tests
• Work toward the goal of 100% code coverage with automated tests
• Report, track and determine the severity of reported defects
• Work with system analysis and product management for the successful completion of a project

Required Skills

• 8 years experience
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with one or more of testing frameworks (i.e, Selenium, SmartBear, Nightwatch, Protractor, CasperJS, TestCafe)
• 5+ years of testing methodology with 2+ years of Automated build tool Experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to write automated functional and regression tests
• Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of TDD methodology
• Candidate must demonstrate knowledge / experience with DevOps continuous integration
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency with testing using SOAP and/or RESTful Web Services
• Candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience with numerous technologies (such as .Net, Azure, C#, Jira, GitHub, Scrum/Agile, SQL, XML)
• Candidate must demonstrate the abilities of self-directing, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable in a changing environment
