Required skills:

  • Sitecore Certified Professional with 5+ years of Sitecore experience
  • Sitecore website architecture experience for large customer-facing websites

Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies and frameworks:

  • Sitecore Experience Platform
  • Helix principles
  • SOLR / Lucene Search Implementations
  • Sitecore synchronization tools such as Unicorn / HedgeHog TDS
  • Sitecore instance Installation / Upgrade experience
  • ASP.NET MVC/Web API/ RESTful services
  • Object-oriented/architectural design patterns
  • SOLID design principles & secure coding practices
  • Infrastructure design and DevOps
  • Git and Gitflow
  • Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Sitecore and best practices for customization and implementation
  • Web-services, 3rd party APIs, tools like Postman, SoapUI & Fiddler
  • .Net Core, Entity Framework Core
  • CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular Material
  • Serverless Azure Compute Services such as App services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
  • SQL Server, must have a solid understanding of SQL tuning, indexing & query costs
  • Unit and Integration Testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure Storage such as Blob Storage, Data Lake Store, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL
  • Azure DevOps (Build CI/CD Pipelines)
  • Azure CLI/PowerShell
  • Docker
  • Oracle

Other Skills: 

  • Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions and to communicate clearly with peers. Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills are a must.
  • Assertive leadership, Agile (scrum) experience.
  • Ability to take a requirement document, work through any ambiguity and follow through to implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Detailed design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools
