Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years *** Onsite - No Remote ***

 This development effort is being performed in multiple phases and is expected to last multiple years.  This position is required to work in a rapid-paced development team environment that uses JavaScript, VBScript, Visual Basic, .NET.

Primary tasks include:  Understanding and development of business processes and data flows Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes  Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements  Understanding gap analysis and assist with development of project artifacts including test plans, business requirements/user stories to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, create test cases to meet functional, integration, system, regression and performance test phases, and document test case results.  

Additional tasks are documenting and tracking the requirements traceability, participating in user acceptance testing, project level and technical documentation. 

Skills

• 8 years experience
• Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design
• Experience with industry standard Business Analysis methodologies and problem solving
• Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to facilitate small-to-large meetings
• Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail
• Excellent creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, quality oriented, with demonstrated leadership and team building skills
• Hands on experience in solution testing using industry standard tools
• Experience with interpreting business requirements to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, test cases and UAT
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM
• Experience testing against Microsoft .NET C# applications
• Minimum SQL Server 2016 or higher experience
• SQL experience
• Microsoft Power BI experience knowledge of applicable business case management systems, business system analysis techniques, problem solving and testing methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows
•  Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design
• Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing 
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
• Agile Testing with Scrum methodology
• MS SQL Server and SQL 
• HP UFT (develop framework-based automation suite)
• White box testing 
• JIRA
• Telerik Test Studio performance and automation testing tool desired
• HP LoadRunner
• HP Quality Center ALM testing tool
