*** Long term project; initial PO for 1 year but expect to go for more than 2 years***

• Implement the Niche RMS software to support the following business process areas and/or owners: 
•  Analytics and management reporting 
•  Plan for the delivery of professional services needing to implement the solution; 
•  Plan for the support of the Data conversion; 
•  Plan for the development of interfaces 
•  Plan for Niche providing support to Application Development and Support Division for development of interfaces; 
•  Plan for the delivery of training to the project team; 
•  Plan for production support, warranty and ongoing-maintenance; 
•  Determine how Niche RMS will assist with business process analysis, design, documentation, testing and training document preparation. 

Required Skills

• 6 years as PM
• experience implementing RMS (Records Management System) required
• Project Plans including work-breakdown structures developed in Microsoft Project software Project Status Reports 
•  Risk Log 
•  Action Item Logs 
•  Project Management plans including but not limited to: Communications Plan, Implementation Plan, Staffing Plan, Test Plan
