Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer/Administrator position will develop, deploy, and support all aspects of the Salesforce instance in a mission-critical and highly integrated environment. This role will participate in analyzing, and translating requirements into development tasks, and executing on development efforts, often with aggressive deadlines. The role follows Salesforce and industry best practices for the software development lifecycle, and provides operational support, working closely with team and developers from related system to implement changes as they are identified and prioritized.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing estimates, timelines and producing technical documentation.
- Develops high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Creates and executes unit test and code coverage for deployments using change sets and/or ALM tools.
- Develops and supports custom applications, extensions, and integrations for business application.
- Provides operational support for ongoing user issues and requests.
- Participates in functional testing of releases, user testing, roll-out, and production support of system.
- Provide day-to-day end-user second level support and training for Salesforce Users.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license types.
Required Skills
- 5 years experience
- 3 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
- Detailed experience writing Lightning Components, Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services
- Experience in Lightning Migration
- Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs)
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
- Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Must be Salesforce Admin and Developer Certified - need copy of both certificates
