• 1. Provides assessments and analysis of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the Microstrategy.
• 2. Plans, organizes, data, and configures the system in support of the IT initiative requirements.
• 3. Searches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, statistical records, and other sources of information to identify the look, feel and format of world class information presentation and reporting to improve operational excellence and customer service. May use Internet, Intranet, magazines, periodicals, journals, and other media to perform research.
• 4. Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports for use by professionals.
• 5. Utilize SME skills to use the data and information from research to create work enabling dashboards and reports.
• 6.  After user review of the information presented in Microstrategy, perform updates.
• 7.  Identity all tasks and the timing of the tasks to complete all work by the date due.

Required Skills

• 16 years experience
• MS degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years experience with developing reports in Microstrategy with KPI's, charts and detail data
•  Interpreting data into delivered coded dashboard and report requirements
