*** Very long term project; initial PO till 9/30/2020 but expected to go for 3+ years ***F2F Interview required; *** Onsite; no remote ** Background Check: This position requires an in depth background check, including fingerprinting, and requires successful results. *** PA license required; limited local travel may be needed; mileage will be paid ***


Required Skills

  • 3 years Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software
  • Hands on experience installing and configuring PC software and peripherals
  • Experience installing/replacing network switches
  • Troubleshooting IT problems with servers, desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, tablets and network connectivity.
  • Experience with security and systems administration
  • Experience providing user support and training
