Interview : Skype/Phone.

The following are primary activities which the Business Analyst will be expected to perform.

• •Interviewing the stakeholders to identify their business requirements (and they may identify others);
• •Having those stakeholders assist in identifying district stakeholders to interview and get requirements;
• •Learning about the educator certification process and program areas in which certification can be 
• obtained; 
• •Researching what other states are doing (e.g., rumor has it Georgia has a system);
• •Pull information about costs; 
• •Assist in determining what direction the agency will move in building or purchasing an Educator 
• Preparation Program System to reach the above objectives; and
• •Report project progress weekly to Director, Project and Application Management.

Required Skills

• BS degree
• 5 years BA experience
• Technical writing
• Knowledge of SQL Server
