Job description:
*** Onsite - no remote; initial PO for 6 months with extensions ***
Duties
- Helpdesk support and routing of non-routine work requests to second tier support.
- Document Help Desk requests and steps taken to final resolution.
- With guidance and training, process invoices and online requisitions using PeopleSoft.
3. Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated self-starter capable of taking initiative
- Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Minimum of two years of Help Desk support experience including supporting remote workstations (desktops/laptops)
- Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite required
- Prior working knowledge of an integrated ERP system such as PeopleSoft preferred though not required.
