*** Onsite - no remote; initial PO for 6 months with extensions ***

Duties

  • Helpdesk support and routing of non-routine work requests to second tier support. 
  •  Document Help Desk requests and steps taken to final resolution. 
  •  With guidance and training, process invoices and online requisitions using PeopleSoft. 

3. Job Requirements: 

  •  Strong analytical skills. 
  •  Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment 
  •  Demonstrated self-starter capable of taking initiative 
  •  Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision 
  •  Minimum of two years of Help Desk support experience including supporting remote workstations (desktops/laptops) 
  •  Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite required 
  •  Prior working knowledge of an integrated ERP system such as PeopleSoft preferred though not required.
