Job description:
**** W2 or 1099 Only - No c2c ***In person interview reasonable expenses will be paid for the interview *****Very long term project; initial PO till 9/30/2019 with multi year extensions ***
- Participate in iteration planning session, review the prioritized items in the backlog, selects and review the stories for the current iteration.
- Design and develop the Test plan, Test Scripts and test strategies for client side FOIAXpress and executed them.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related questions or complaints, and work directly with vendors to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software.
- Created templates and logs for every issue encountered.
- Maintained solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Work closely with business analyst and developers to understand the user requirement specifications & Use cases
- Perform FOIA requests database validations according to the business logic.
- Prepare test data for positive and negative testing the application dynamically.

- Generated detailed reports using spreadsheets and send through emails accordingly for each agency
- Providing status reports for the public on pending requests.
- Maintain/test the system for any technical issues on a daily basis
- Communicated with the vendor to organize and schedule upgrades

- Input scripts required to run the system provided by Vendor
- Configured the internet explorer browser required for FOIAXpress, which includes modifying the .net framework settings.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of Assisting in responding to inquiries and requests for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) information
- 3 years of Logging, tracking and managing incoming requests and preparing reports as needed for FOIA/PA information
- 3 years of Communicating, coordinating and collaborating with the FOIA/PA requester community regarding the status/processing of the requests.
- 3 years of Experience in analyzing, documenting and redacting FOIA paperwork.
- 3 years of Experience in identification and compilation correspondences, drafting formal, professional memos, document redaction and other duties
- 3 years of Strong knowledge in FOIAXpress Software Testing Levels, Bug Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle
- 5 years of Experience with high level customer support and excellent communication skills – to understand complex customer needs
- 5 years of High level understanding of Windows dotNet environment, regedit, and command prompt
- 4 years of Experience with developing RFP documentation, reviewing vendor proposals and participating in vendor presentations.
- 3 years of Experience with FOIAXpress application- able to locate and isolate technical issues efficiently and configuring workstations effectively.
- 1 years of 1-5 yrs developing, maintaining, and recommending enhancements to IS policies/requirements
Highly Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
- 1-5 yrs performing vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems/apps
- 1-5 yrs identifying, reporting, and resolving security violations
