Required Skills

• BS Degree
• 7 years experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
•  Minimum of five (5) years of experience eliciting and documenting Business & Systems Requirements utilizing a wide variety of techniques.
•  Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis to help create and validate business requirements.
•  Minimum of five (5) years of experience evaluating information gathered, reconciling conflicts, and decomposing high-level information into details.
•  Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading information gathering and analysis efforts (including JAD sessions) on a project; documenting and publishing minutes for all sessions.
•  Minimum of three (3) years of experience collaborating with Business & IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.
•  Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating and executing test plans.
•  Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.
•  Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with Medicare and/or Medi-Cal.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience on IT projects having a minimum one-time cost of over one (1) million dollars.
• Experience and/or familiarity with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).
• experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, CA Clarity, HP ALM.
• experience in analyzing/supporting n-tier application including both custom and commercial applications.
