MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering. Documentary evidence of this degree must be presented, if called to be interviewed.
• Four (4) years of experience within the last six (6) years in application development with the .NET Framework and ASP.NET using C#.
• Four (4) years of experience within the last six (6) years in web development using HTML 5 and JavaScript.
• Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in developing applications using Restful Web Services
• Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure
• Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in developing applications using Microsoft Azure SQL Server.
• Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in developing applications using source control management systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments
• Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in developing applications using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Azure DevOps or Jira.
