Job description:
*** Very long term project; initial PO till 12/31/2019 but expected to go for 3+ years ***F2F Interview required; reasonable expenses will be paid for f2f interview *** Onsite; no remote
- Experience providing Service Desk support including: password resets, usability issues, troubleshooting complex business issues and escalating bugs to developers.
- Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, execution and defect management.
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering and design initiatives required to meet state and federal regulations, improve business operations, data collection, reporting and system usability.
- Complete assigned tasks as required to assist in the implementation, design, training or support of PA WITS.
- Additional requirements may include (as time permits):
- Identify and build awareness of improvement initiatives for tracking via a Continual Service Improvement Register.
- Participate, execute and at times lead service improvement initiatives focused on data quality, data integrity, security and operational excellence.
- Experience with Service Now or other IT Service Management toolset a plus.
- Experience with SSRS or other reporting systems. Ability to develop SSRS reports a plus.
- Experience creating screen mockups.
- Monitor and analyze provider data entry to identify potential data issues.
- Works with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification Preferred.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of Experience providing Service Desk support including: password resets, usability issues, troubleshooting complex business issues and escalating bugs.
- 2 years of Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, execution and defect management.
- 2 years of Experience with requirements gathering and initiatives required to meet state and federal regulations, data collection, reporting and system usability.

Highly Desired Skills:
