** Very long term project; initial PO for 8 months  and usually the project goes for 3-5 years with this customer ***

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of Work cooperatively with others in a team environment to meet the expected levels of customer service.
  • 2 years of Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
  • 2 years of Ability to explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively.
  • 2 years of Ability to communicate effectively.
  • 2 years of Knowledge of data communications networks.
  • 2 years of Knowledge of the methods and techniques used to operate mainframe computer systems and peripheral equipment
  • 2 years of Ability to identify and resolve problems associated with operating system malfunctions.
  • 2 years of Ability to determine work priorities.
  • 2 years of Ability to perform the most complex information technology technician assignments.
  • 2 years of Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • 2 years of Ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • 2 years of Experience with computer room environmental and/or Help Desk

Desired Skills:

  • 2 years of Experience working in an Enterprise Monitoring Environment
  • 1 years of Ability to operate information systems input devices.
  • 1 years of Ability to conduct training and informational sessions.
  • 1 years of Ability to key in coded information and instructions.
