Job description:


Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of computer systems implementation experience supporting large scale middleware and ERP environments
  • 5 or more years of experience with design, development, and support within Web Methods middleware
  • 3 or more years integrating EDI and ERP platforms
  • 3 or more years of solid experience utilizing SQL and XML
  • Working knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), JMS, web services (SOAP, REST), and transfer protocols (http, ftp, SFTP, SOAP, AS2, SMTP transmission, PGP encryptions).
  • Working Knowledge of web Methods BPM, TN partner profiles, business rules & logic, B2B and messaging components
  • Proficient in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting, listening and informing. Can communicate up, down and across the organization and with external trading partner/customers
  • Qualified candidates will be motivational thought leaders, driven individuals, and possess exceptional business acumen, coupled with strong working knowledge of middleware implementations and common retail EDI transactions
  • Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time management, ability to work with diverse teams, and lead meetings in person as well as digital tools (i.e. Skype etc.)

Strong Preference

  • 5 or more years supporting EDI platform in retail industry
  • Solid understanding of 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, 997
  • ANSI X12
  • EDIFACT
  • GS1 Standards
  • Integration with major ERPs (i.e. Oracle)

Preference

  • Working knowledge of 753, 754, 820, 832, 846
  • Integrating with third party EDI service providers
  • Supporting multiple ERP platforms
