Required Skills:

• Proposed shall have a minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent (FTE) experience providing setup, configuration, data migration, and training support services for Jira Server and/or Cloud software. Configuration experience shall include the development and enhancement of custom JIRA workflows, issues, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, etc.
• Proposed shall have a minimum of one (1) year FTE experience providing setup, configuration, data migration, and training support services for EazyBI software.
• Proposed shall have a minimum of one (1) year FTE experience with Portfolio for JIRA, including the configuration and use of the plugin for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Proposed shall have a minimum of one (1) year of experience deploying plugins for JIRA, including installation, support, evaluation, and troubleshooting of JIRA plugins.
