Responsibilities:

• Serves as the single management focal point and is responsible for the execution of the project
• Builds and maintains a strategic enterprise partner relationship with the Director
• Apprises the Director of all significant issues in a timely manner
• Provides strategic guidance, vision, and direction to the project team
• Ensures program integration across task areas, groups, and functional/technical teams and delegates administrative, financial, and coordination duties as necessary
• Ensures use of innovative processes to plan, organize, and control activities, manage risks and to monitor performance
• Ensures all task areas meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements
• Drives effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Analyzes significant deviations from plan, takes corrective actions, and forecasts any impact on contract deliverables
• Oversees definition of and adherence to standard processes
• Oversees staffing process, including staff need forecasting
• Oversees staff performance, plan development, career growth, and appraisal process.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

•  Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and be able to begin work within three weeks of selection for engagement
• 11 years Experience in the management and delivery of enterprise (5000 users) technical projects to multiple government agency stakeholders.
• BS Degree or total 15 years  experience
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in systems design, cyber security, software development and web technologies
• Leading projects having front-end Javascript Frameworks (i.e. React.Js, Ember.js. Node.js)
• Managing SQL Server Database Development Projects
• Managing SharePoint Implementation projects
• Served as SCRUM Master and Product Owner
• Worked with production support tools (JIRA, Git, Sonar, ALM)
• 11-15 yrs in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment
• 11-15 yrs managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle
• MBA or MS/MA Degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related Technical Discipline
• Excellent client facing and internal communications skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
