Required Skills:

  • 10+ Years of overall in SAP BW/BI, HANA with implementation and support
  • Minimum 6 years in SAP HANA
  • SAP BW 7.0/7., BO
  • Experience on Native HANA and BW on HANA.
  • Experience in Migrating BW to BW on HANA.
  • Experienced in Implementing HANA solutions across Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Finance and Controlling, COPA, Customer Relationship Management
  • Reporting tools BEx & WAD. SAP BPS/IP
  • Basic knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO modules (supply chain environment)
  • Experienced Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of data flows.
  • Experience in calculation view, attribute view, formula and other HANA objects.
  • Exposure in creating WEBi reports, creating roles and authorization for BEx reports.
  • Experience in Generic data extraction and LO cockpit
  • Experience in writing User exits and installing Business content objects
  • Building queries using calculated and restricted key figures, variables, formula and Selection.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills. A scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge of business processes is a must.
  • Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers
  • Good working experience in BO
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • SAP ABAP for HANA, SAP BO
  • MM, SD and FI for Supply Chain
  • Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
  • SAP Authorizations
  • Experience with programming for application development 

Generic Managerial Skills

  • Able to manage a small team, as required.

Education

  • BE or B.Tech
