Required Skills:

• 7 years of proficient in Microsoft Project using MS Project Server to manage multi-million dollar projects with a multiple year duration.
• 7 years of strong communications skills, oral and written, with project team, management and executive management.
• 7 years of proven planning and management skills including scope estimating, budgeting, testing, quality assurance and resource allocation.
• 5 years of experience with project risk management, including failure mode effect analysis and planning
• 7 years of experience implementing solutions utilizing third party vendors and third party products.
• 5 years of project experience implementing both third party and in-house development solutions
• 5 years of strong analytical and conceptual skills
• 5 years of experienced in contract and vendor management
• 5 years of preferred government IT Project Management experience
• 3 years of preferred PMP certification
