looking for a Functional analyst with experience with government procurement, their procurement systems and the business processes involved.

Application built on the Ariba procurement platform includes  the following Ariba modules: Ariba Buyer, Ariba Analysis, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts Compliance, Ariba Category management modules. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in collaborative work environments that require the ability to effectively communicate with many different teams and levels of leadership.  This position requires driven individuals who are able to work both independently with little direction, or within a dynamic team setting.

Required Skills

• 6-10 yrs business process re-engineering/business analysis experience in invoicing and procurement systems
• procurement experience
• government experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Expert level of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Training and supporting end users of software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills and client relations skillsDevelops, documents, and/or updates the Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, processes, and/or training materials.
