Position: Change Management Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
About this Role:
The Change Management Analyst will support the Change Management team lead in achieving successful change management and adoption objectives.
Support the completion of key deliverables, including Change Management Planning, Stakeholder Assessment & Impact Analysis, Communication Planning & Execution, Training Planning, and Metric Monitor & Support Execution.
Assist with capturing and managing Change Management related Risks, Action Items, Issues and key business decisions throughout project lifecycle.
Provide hands on support with meeting schedules, meeting summaries and presentational content development.
Support the documentation of key stakeholder assessment deliverables, communication drafts and training collateral (as required).
Assist with identifying and measuring success metrics and monitoring change results.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3-5 years of direct change management experience involving large to mid-size companies.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools – including change strategy, stakeholder planning, communications and training.
A solid understanding of how people go through a change life cycle.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written, visual and verbal).
Knowledge of the project lifecycle.
Must have supported Change Management in Global Delivery context.
Demonstrated understanding of Fortune 1000 organizations.
Prior Big 4 Consulting experience preferred.
