Red Hat Linux/Devops System Engineer/Developer
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Description:

·        9 -12+ years of systems engineering experience

·        The person in this role shall be responsible for installing, updating, patching, removing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all existing and future installations of Red Hat Linux servers.

·        Troubleshooting server matters including systems, applications, and connectivity issues

·        Work with enterprise systems in terms of the management of engineering, deployment, operations, maintenance tasks and cyber security.

·        Automation of permissions and directories in a Enterprise Linux environment

·        Maintenance and upgrades of existing servers

·        Red Hat Certified System Administrator Certification a MUST

·        Strong Linux Knowledge (Red Hat, CentOS) at the command line

·        Familiar with shell, bash, perl, or python scripting

·        Automation experience with leading DevOps tools(Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)

·        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
