Position: Business Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months

Business Analyst.

The analyst will be part of Support Operations group for the SAP Upgrade project. This is a 6 months contract, with start date of mid-June.

Required;

BA/BS with 3-6 years of experience in process re-engineering, support operations or change management

Experience successfully identifying, documenting and implementing process improvements (preferably for Customer Support organization)

End user experience with SAP CRM version 7.X (preferably 7.4)

Ability to partner with key stakeholders to identify and document process changes and improvements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint

Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization

Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment

Results driven attitude in a fast-paced environment
