Position: Splunk –ITSI Implementation Lead

Location: Herndon, VA / Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6+ Months CTH

Job Requirements -

5+ years of experience with SPLUNK on-premises and SPLUNK cloud (configurations, advanced configurations, implementations, upgrades, dashboarding, analytics, monitoring, alerting,)

Detailed knowledge of Splunk Core, including deployments to forwarders, indexers and search heads

Develop and create KPI based metrics, services glass tables in Splunk addon ITSI module

Experience in correlating and transforming operational data into AI-driven solutions

Experience in identifying and developing algorithms leveraging predictive analytics techniques and machine learning

Ability to integrate Splunk with automation solutions (Chef, Salk Stack etc.)

Experience in migrating legacy monitoring solutions to Splunk by creating saved searches, onboarding multiple log files, creating event types.

Strong knowledge of Splunk search language, knowledge of Splunk Best Practices, Workflows, and Processes

Additional Skill Requirements:

Full Time position based out of Herndon, VA or Santa Clara, CA

Flexibility to travel to client sites based on job requirements

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Strong coaching and project management skills
