- 6-8 years of experience as a business analyst
- Experience with SalesForce and associated platforms
- Understanding of solution design requirements and development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able effectively present information to audiences with various levels of technical understanding

- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to necessary timelines
