Position: Marketing Data Analyst- Data Quality Reporting

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Requirement:

5 to 8 years of experience in a Business Data analyst with a Marketing focus.

Experience in Data Quality is a must. Define the quality framework, implement that framework in our execution and report on our data quality metrics.

5+ years of Business / Data Analyst experience in marketing function (especially Campaign Management)

Must have a good SQL writing skills and experience in working with various databases like Oracle, Hadoop systems, and presenting findings

Ability to analyze various data sets and asses quality and completeness of data

Knowledge of complex data analysis; data-driven focus; application and interpretation of data sampling

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and/or monitor gaps in data

Ability to Suggest strategies to meet process improvement and quality objectives and continually introduce innovation to business processes through data analysis

Excellent problem solving and analysis skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to an evolving environment

Strong communication and time management skills

Cisco experience is preferred

 Additional must have skills;

Hands-on experience in Linux environment

Hadoop/Apache Spark

Master of SQL 8/10, experience in HiveQL

Python or any programming language

Cloud (Google Cloud)

Automated Data Quality pipeline experience

Good Data Analysis and troubleshooting skills with eye towards producing quality data products.

Tableau or OBIEE / SQP BO
