Job description:

Interview : Skype/Phone.

Write and maintain any customization needed for the change management tool - including creating rexx and/or xml reports, and customizing skeletons and panels as needed. Evaluate, test, and install upgrades/new releases for the software. Responsible for updating and maintaining documentation as it pertains to the medicaid it services change management requirements. Train the medicaid systems team on using the new release of the configuration management software. Provide consulting on cm software for medicaid services users. Serve as primary contact for questions or problems relating to the cm software. Migrate software for medicaid services into production environment. Verify that software is approved for migration. Migrate software and verify successful migration.
