Position: Production support Lead

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 6+ Months CTH

 Prod Support Lead (Techno-functional profile with Investments background)

At least 10+ years of experience in Investment Domain with technology back ground (BRS, Charles River, Bloom Berg)

Experience and excellent exposure to Investment Operations

Understanding of any of the Investment Trading Platforms

Investment domain acumen and business and user interaction ownership for applications in the cluster

Investment Domain and Application specific support to the users

Experience in managing delivery commitments for the business community

Experience in engaging with the business management teams for the cluster reviews

Experience in Conducting Weekly and/or Monthly business review meetings with stake holders to review the delivery

Experience in Incident and Problem Management

Experience of SQL, .Net and Unix Skills [5+ years]

Excellent Communication Skills [Business communications]

Comfortable working in offshore – onsite environment and be the face of the global production support team
