Position: Business Analyst Investment Domain 

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 3 to 6 Months CTH

Role and Responsibilities:

Strong fundamental domain skills in Financial Markets, Financial Instruments, Securities, Asset Management and Trading life cycle aspects (Equity, Debt/FIIG and Derivatives etc)

At least 10+ years of experience in Investment Domain with technology back ground (BRS, Charles River, Bloom Berg)

Experience and excellent exposure to Investment Operations

Understanding of any of the Investment Trading Platforms

Investment domain acumen and business and user interaction ownership for applications in the cluster

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in handling Sr. Business Stakeholder Management meetings and business communications

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.

Elicit, analyze and document clear concise, detailed business requirements

Ensure traceability of business requirements to technical requirements

Ensure technical requirements and design meet and support the business needs

Work closely with Quality Assurance team for project testing strategy and plans

Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution delivered meets business needs
