Position: Senior Consultant - Identity Access Management

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Duration: 6+ Months

You will be a part of our Information Security practice, focused on identity and access management (IAM) application maintenance and support. We’re currently looking for someone with IAM security and software development experience to help clients evaluate their current identity and access security posture, program, system and controls for managing secure access in hybrid environments with an increasing focus on cloud computing. Responsibilities

Perform incident analysis and resolution

Assign work items to team members, manage through completion and release to production systems in accordance with client requirements

Perform technical problem analysis for persistent incidents and drive to resolution

Act as customer liaison to support reporting and team interaction – including client, onshore and offshore coordination and alignment

Assist client product owner with design and prioritization of feature requests

Architect solutions, identify appropriate development resources within team and resolve technical and other roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of solutions

Review and identify improvements to operational support procedures

Provide appropriate training to team members as needed for technical and other development activities

Identify requirements for interfacing with ECR applications and for design and implementation of related interfaces with upstream/downstream internal applications and web services

Provide operational support to produce relevant client reports

Automate manual tasks to eliminate errors and generate metrics for customer reporting

Provide consultation on security operations services integration within hybrid technology infrastructures with the goal of monitoring and providing remediation support

Provide technical guidance on IAM and related products

Provide consultation to support the design, integration and operational processes to enable clients as they align the various technology products that support IAM to their security, risk management and compliance framework

Maintain understanding of available IAM products and services at a feature level for competitive comparison

Support the development of whitepapers, case studies, technical blue prints for IAM architectures and services

Work with client partners to provide RFQs/RFPs for IAM opportunities

Provide technical feedback to IAM partners to drive new features, enhancements and updates to IAM solutions

Contribute to the growth of IAM technical resource pool by creating training materials, labs and knowledge base materials

Contribute to pre-sales activities and delivery of IAM projects

Engage with clients regularly, provide thought leadership and conduct workshops on industry trends relevant to client organization and their business objectives

Cooperate and collaborate with peer teams and peer practices to present a comprehensive solution for the client and to maximize business opportunities and client outcomes

Assist in the growth and development of the information security practice

Provide technical contribution to sales and pre-sales efforts

Contribute to the growth of intellectual capital for the company

Support peer security practices as required

Experience

Work experience anywhere between 8-10 years in IAM systems design and integration

String communication skills working in teams both local and remote

Good understanding of ITIL process

Strong understanding of IAM deliverables, remediation and workflow management

Strong working knowledge of IAM technologies like LDAP Server and Apache Directory Studio, Microsoft ADFS, etc.

Good experience in monitoring and forensic activities

Strong working knowledge of and good experience in managing development triage, processes and documentation and supporting clients in IAM service engagements

Has successfully deployed three or more IAM solutions with industry standard products

Expertise in creating reports/executive dashboards to reflect industry security compliance control status (ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, etc.)

Required Qualifications

IAM domain knowledge

Extensive knowledge of LDAP authentication methods, processes and tools

Good knowledge of CA SiteMinder

Capable and familiar with the process of handling P1 and P2 incidents

In-depth knowledge of Splunk

Core Java development skills

Familiarity with Akamai and web URLs

Superior client facing skills

Strong business acumen

ITIL certified

Computer Science degree or equivalent education qualification

SOC trained and certified for IAM technologies such as LDAP Server and Apache Directory Studio, Microsoft ADFS, etc.

Familiar with development using Apache, Core Java, CSS, Eclipse, J2EE, JavaScript, Tomcat, XML, MY SQL, Oracle, etc.

Trained on logging and monitoring platforms such as Introscope, Patrol, Microsoft SCOM, custom application availability and monitoring, etc.

Good understanding of how to adhere to and achieve standards requirements, certifications, and regulatory audits and assessments, e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ENISA, NIST-800-53 and others, through effective identity and access operations

Provide overall leadership in the quality and execution of consulting engagements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across diverse teams
