Required Skills
- Current PMP
- 7 years as PM
- 5 years managing public sector projects
- 3 years Project Managing Large projects with budgets > $10 Million excluding hardware/software costs
- 3 years Documented experience managing project whose scope included rewriting a large, complex existing system
- 5 years Creating and managing comprehensive project plans utilizing project management flows and tools
- Scope management for project including a disciplined change control process
- Issue management across multiple departments
- Managing large, complex multi-year systems development projects
- Creating and executing implementation plans
- Creating quality assurance processes and plans
