- 3+ years training Microsoft Office 2013 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hand-on experience training Microsoft Windows 10
- 3+ years working w/ learning management systems
- 6+ years IT training delivery, curriculum development and course materials development
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project to track and report on projects
- Ability to learn, develop curriculum and deliver training on new or specialized technologies.
- Familiarity with working in the legal professional supporting (attorneys, paralegals, litigation support) is a definite advantage.
- Certification in Microsoft in Windows 10, MS Word and MS Excel is a definite advantage.
