Required Experience

Must have experience in Customer Journey Mapping

The person will need to be able to work with a large group in a workshop setting and document customer journeys on the whiteboard, supporting the discussion and questioning the group.

After these workshops the person will need to create written deliverables describing the journey.

Must have strong experience in customer journey maps, good communication and written skills, good facilitation skills.

Exposure to transaction management as a business domain.
